I was wanting to buy a power recliner. The salesman brought me to do a whole row of the chairs. He demonstrated how to get its amenities to work. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of the products. He let me look around at all the other chairs. I like the first chair so I chose the color I liked. Bought a brand new pillow as a gift for the holidays in November, the purchasing experience was nice. My friend finally opened it recently and let the pillow out to expand, and then let me know after a week that it never expanded fully, it’s still very flat and is not functional. I tried to take it back to exchange for another and talked to a worker but they wouldn’t allow it due to the purchase being over a month ago. Then I talked to a manager to return it but she reiterated company policy. She didn’t bother to make eye contact or ask about the pillow that I explained was brand new and dysfunctional. Our conversation was less than a minute and she was back to work. I understand company policy but as a consumer, I was hoping to them to consider using discretion to make a decision but I was not given time of day or heard.

I absolutely love this store. From the time I walked in until the time I left I felt valued and appreciated. To make things even better the staff is amazing the furniture was delivered on time and without issue. I will absolutely be back !
