Retailer Programs & Billing Terms
Overview
- Retailers may participate in one or more paid programs: Free Listing, Recommended Badge, Exclusive Sponsorship, and Pay‑Per‑Lead.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By checking out you authorize recurring charges for subscription programs and metered charges for Pay‑Per‑Lead.
- Subscription programs auto‑renew monthly until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Taxes and fees (if applicable) are additional. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice posted on the Site or sent to the billing email.
- Program availability is subject to verification and our approval. We may decline or discontinue a program if criteria are not met (e.g., policy violations, inaccurate information).
Free Listing
Key terms
- No monthly fee; cancel anytime.
- You agree to provide accurate and current business information. We may edit formatting for clarity and may remove content that violates these Terms.
- Free Listings do not include guaranteed placement or traffic.
Recommended Badge
Billing & quantity
- Monthly subscription priced per store selected during checkout.
- Your quantity is the number of stores you select. Changes to selected stores may adjust charges in the next cycle.
- Badge provides priority placement above Free Listings where technically supported. Placement is not a guarantee of clicks, leads, or sales.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime via Customer Support or your billing portal (if enabled). Benefits remain active through the end of the paid term; no partial‑month refunds.
Exclusive Sponsorship
Billing & availability
- Monthly subscription priced per city selected during checkout.
- Larger cities may include multiple sponsors, but no more than three (3) sponsors per city. We reserve the right to update the number of sponsors per city as needed. If a city becomes unavailable before launch, we will offer an alternate city or a prorated credit.
- Creative assets (logo, images, copy) supplied by you may be formatted to fit our design system. You grant us permission to display your marks for the duration of the sponsorship.
Cancellation
- Cancel anytime; placement remains active through the end of the paid term; no partial‑month refunds.
Pay‑Per‑Lead
How billing works
- $10 per qualified lead (metered billing, tallied monthly in arrears).
- A ‘qualified lead’ is a contact submission with valid contact details and clear interest in mattresses or related services in your market. We use safeguards (e.g., Cloudflare Turnstile) to filter obvious spam, but no filter is perfect.
- Leads are counted when delivered to the email you provide or otherwise made available to you. Duplicates within a reasonable window and clear spam we detect will be removed from the tally.
Disputes
- If you believe a lead was spam or misrouted, notify us within 7 days of delivery with evidence so we can review and credit if appropriate.
Opt‑in/Opt‑out
- You may enable or disable Pay‑Per‑Lead at any time. Disabling stops new leads from being sent and billed on a go‑forward basis, but does not refund previously delivered qualified leads.
Stripe Billing & Authorization
Authorization
- You authorize Autonomous Retail Technology LLC and our processor (Stripe) to store your payment method and to charge subscription amounts and metered Pay‑Per‑Lead usage as described at checkout.
- You agree to keep your billing email and payment method current. Failed charges may pause or terminate services.
Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
