Clara was such a pleasure to work with! She really took her time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect dining table that fits our space beautifully. She showed us several options, gave honest advice, and never made us feel rushed. On top of that, she offered us an amazing discount, which made the deal even sweeter. Clara is super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the products, which made the whole shopping experience stress-free and fun. I honestly felt like she cared more about helping us find what we needed than just making a sale. I’ll definitely be coming back to shop here again, and I’m 100% going to ask for Clara’s help next time!

Beware this store is a scam. I ordered Ashely’s modular sofa and Clara (the sales person) said it would be delivered in two weeks. I did not hear from them and called them in a month. They made all excuses and then called back stating half of the sectional is here. I was ok with that as other half was coming in two days. On delivery day, we found out the piece was damaged and refused the delivery (picture below). It led to a huge argument, the delivery guy stating it’s not his problem and he will not take it back. Luckily I live close to the store and I went there while my husband was with the delivery guy. The store people were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I decided to reverse the transaction and asked them for a refund. After alot of yelling and screaming, they called their manager Michael and finally agreed for the refund. Ok the matter was done. Guess what they call me next day again to fight with me that I called them scam which was unbelievable. I had to block their contact.
I think they are able to sell furniture at lower price as they get products which get damaged during the manufacturing and cannot be sold at the retailer stores. So again beware, go somewhere else for the quality and professionalism. I am so saddened that I went through this. Customers deserve better.

I shopped first time @ A&M discount furniture the guy who entertained me was very nice & professional he gave me a good deal the delivery was on time & very professional I placed a order of full bed with 2 night stands one night stand didn’t fit in the place where I want to place the bed I returned one night stand talked with the guy over the phone when to the store & they gave me one night stand refund right on the spot.
Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend them👍.

Furniture is very nice and comfortable. The company took good care of us. Had someone come to take one piece apart, bc it wouldn’t fit through the door. All measurements were given to the salesperson when we ordered, who said it would fit through our door.The delivery people were terrific. Very happy!

I can’t say enough how amazing my experience was here a few days ago. My mom and I shopped around a few places and first things first, is they have amazing inventory so if you need something, you’ve got it. Chain stores told me a 4 month wait with insane quotes and the quality didn’t match this. However, this store will have my furniture here and assembled by the end of the week. We met with Shaniqua, who is a pure example of the saying “you never work a day in your life if you love what you do” the items on the floor are beautiful, cool looking & amazing quality. Her product knowledge is great. Picture walking into a place, seeing something like this and being able to have it in your home in less than 2 weeks! Going anywhere else is a waste of time time bc between availability and getting the type of assistance you expect you need to see HER. I’m sure the other employees are great too but the best thing you can do is make an appointment with her. & oh btw, this place is huge!
