My fiance and I had purchased a king size bed from Carlos , his customer service has been excellent. We had our mattress delivered within two hours. Vincent and Carlos installed the bed for us Quickly and efficiently. I will 100000% be coming back to this store. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for unbelievably low priced excellent quality furniture with unforgettable customer service.

View on GoogleHad an horrible experience with their customer service. A mattress that was purchased a year ago is defective and can no longer be used. It had normal use throughout the year and began to warp and sink in some areas. Carlos refused to help with this matter and turned a cold shoulder on us. Very unfortunate and will no longer be doing business with this company. There was zero accountability and absolutely no sympathy towards us. I highly recommend using caution when making a purchase from this company.
