This is the second mattress I've bought with the store! They are always extremely helpful. I visited a second time with my mother as I was looking for a mattress for my guest room which is normally occupied by my parents. The male sales rep was super helpful and friendly. He did not pressure us at all and was extremely patient as we tried different beds in the store and asked a lot of questions. We ended up buying a great quality bed that was delivered the next day. The delivery men were also extremely friendly!

Absolutely no other place to purchase a bed from! Travis is the best! Honest, helpful, committed to customer service excellence. I highly reccomend them! This is the second mattress set I have purchased. One 12 years ago and now its replacement. Our current bed is still great, but we are upgrading! I wish more business operated the way Travis does!
