Andy was great. He stayed around on Memorial Day weekend ‘til we could show up and didn’t pressure us at all. Gave us a good deal on a sectional. Easy to work with and will be back next time we need a mattress or other furniture!

She was thorough in answering our questions, and patient in allowing us as much time as we wanted to try out the living room sets, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase. We are very happy with the price and quality of the furniture available.

Tried to make an appointment to come buy a mattress and the owner was very rude and disrespectful. Telling me that what I was telling him wasn’t true. My dad was going to come instead of me since I didn’t have time and needed a mattress by the next day. He told me that was not ok and would be a waste of time for him and that I could come a different day. Since we needed one by the next day we would have bought one but we will not be buying from here. Do not recommend this business or owner.

After looking at many different furniture stores throughout the valley and Green Bay, we landed ourselves with Caitlyn. We didn't know what to expect, but what we were met with was nothing short of amazing. Great customer service. Flexibility with pick up. And amazing prices! Highly recommended!
