We had such an amazing experience at Ashley furniture Store thanks to Troy! Buying a “forever couch” felt like a huge decision for us, and he made the entire process feel comfortable, exciting, and stress-free from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for instead of trying to push us into something that wasn’t right for our home or lifestyle. Troy took the time to answer all of our questions, explain different options, and help us find a couch that truly felt perfect for us. You can tell he really cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and confident in their purchase. His kindness, honesty, and professionalism made this one of the best furniture shopping experiences we’ve ever had. We’re so grateful for all of his help and couldn’t be happier with our new couch. He was exceptionally courteous, patient, and attentive throughout the process, creating a very comfortable and professional experience. What stood out was his willingness to thoughtfully accommodate pricing through a discretionary adjustment, reflecting both flexibility and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire interaction felt seamless, respectful, and well-managed. It’s clear that a high standard of professionalism and customer care is upheld here. They also have a great selection on the floor, with lots of variety and noticeably good quality furniture. A truly well-run store with a strong sense of integrity.
View on GoogleWe had a great experience with Duane when looking for and purchasing a new Bed and some new furniture. Duane was outstanding to deal with. My wife and I didn’t feel pressured at any point to buy which we appreciated greatly, and he took time to help us and we never once felt like he was rushing us and we always had his undivided attention. This is what a salesperson should be like. Highly recommend this store.
