Love my new coffee table! I just ordered the matching end tables. The Ashley team is great and answered all my questions regarding warranty and delivery. For the coffee table I used free delivery and had it delivered to my doorstep, in a box. I put it together by myself. It’s very sturdy and just what I was looking for.

My wife and I have been looking for the perfect couches for our new home for the past couple days. My wife came across Ashley’s Furniture store online and called to inquire about a couch that we possibly be interested in. She had spoke to a sales associate named Maria G from Ashley’s Furniture store in Bakersfield. We decided that we would like to take a drive and visit the store to see the couch in person, as it is my wife’s and my first time shopping for a new couch and first time visiting an Ashley’s Furniture store. The moment we came in, Maria.G sprung into action. She greeted us with such hostility and professionalism. Maria G was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns. Her sales skills was enough to convince us to buy not just one, but two couches! (one sectional and one sofa that reclines back). My wife definitely fell in love with the reclining sofa, as soon as Maria G showed us the reclining sofa that matches the same exact color as our sectional couch. She explained all the information, made sure everything was taken care of. She also explained all the policies, warranties and if anything gets damaged, it’s all good and covered. No extra charge or deductibles. We hope to do business with her again soon. For anyone who are looking for amazing, brand new furniture or would like to visit a furniture store, I highly suggest to visit this Ashley’s Furniture Store and request Maria G as your sales associate, as she is a top professional and has a great taste when it comes to selecting furniture. Maria G’s goal is to help her clients and make your furniture envisions for your home come true. My wife and I will definitely be coming back to this location, whether it is a 30 minute drive or a 3 hour drive from our home. Thank you again Maria G! The headboard I ordered was delivered with a piece of veneer missing, in a very visible place. I immediately filed a warranty claim and sent photos (because the store can’t help you). Was told I would hear back in 24-72 business hours. On business day 5 now, so I called back. Person put “an urgent request “ in to appropriate warranty section. Was told you should hear back in 24-72 business hours. They need to bring me a new one and take this piece of junk. I will NOT do business with Ashley Furniture again. Frustrating to get answers and service.

Had the most wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture today. Our salesman J.R. Was great at helping us look for couches, he was patient, friendly and listened to everything we wanted. Can’t wait to receive our furniture and update this review.

Wish there was 0 stars as an option.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We spent thousands of dollars on a couch from Ashley and it was delivered defective. Their so-called “customer care” team has done nothing but stall and push us in circles.
The technician they sent was honest enough to admit that Ashley almost never does anything to resolve these issues and told us to go straight to the store manager. His written report, however, was a total misrepresentation of what he told us in person. That’s shady, dishonest, and unacceptable.
Ashley Furniture is happy to take your money, but when the product is defective, they’ll leave you stuck with it. Zero accountability. Zero integrity.
We are demanding a full refund or replacement immediately. Until then, I will be sharing this experience publicly, filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, and State Attorney General, and warning others not to make the same mistake we did.
Buyer beware: Ashley does not stand behind their products.
