I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture Industries, all thanks to Raychell West! From the moment I walked into the store, she was welcoming, professional, and truly attentive to my needs. She took her time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect pieces without making me feel rushed or pressured. Ray was knowledgeable about the products, patient with all of my questions, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to leave happy. The salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant. However, I never intended on getting a new credit card on that day and that is what happened. He said that I was signing a form for a pre-approval and that I was saving myself a second trip to the store. I have been contacted four or four times this week from the store about delivery (I never placed an order)and I have a new credit card in my hand. I take my credit score seriously and I am really bothered by this chain of events.

Monte was my salesman! He was very professional, courteous and patient with my indecisiveness. The entire staff was very helpful throughout the process. Caleb represents Ashley Furniture with great pride, and it truly shows in the way he interacts with customers. From the moment we began working with him, he was extremely well-mannered, professional, and mature. He demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the products and took the time to explain details thoroughly, making sure we understood our options without ever feeling rushed or pressured.
What stood out most was his patience and approach, he was never pushy, but instead focused on helping us find what best fit our needs. Caleb was detailed, informative, and genuinely pleasant to work with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Because of the level of care and service he provided, we will absolutely continue working with him moving forward. I went to Ashley on Black Friday to find a recliner under a certain price range because I was using my Ashley credit account with a limited amount to charge. After browsing and sitting on multiple recliners, I finally found the perfect chair but it was grey and not available in blue to match the blue couch in my living room; also a tad too expensive. The sales guy who greeted me was very nice and told me the chair wasn't available in blue and offered me the sale with a percentage off but it was still a bit out of reach. As a result, he said that he would go and speak to someone to help with the cost of the sale. A guy named Derek, not sure what his title is, came back to the recliner area to help me out. He recommended the gray colored chair on display in the store and said it would contrast well with the blue couch I had at home.Then, also worked out a great deal for me by setting up door delivery which didn't include the installation fee, so I would have to install it myself. Since I was not confident about my ability to put it together, he reassured me that it was two parts, a top and bottom that would snap together very easily. Thank you Derek for the color recommendation, helping me to get the price I needed and for making the process simple. I'm looking forward to relaxing in my chair, soon. Thank you Derek. Thank you Ashley for going above and beyond to meet my needs.
