The most horrible customer service and delivery you can imagine from a business. Don’t ever pay $40 delivery fee because the driver will try to bring in dirty dally cart into your house, and when I asked can he help me move the furnitures inside, he said, technically I am only supposed to leave it at your front door. Stood there watching me carry my furniture inside on my own. Also I would have never agreed to pay $40 delivery fee and would have preferred picking them up myself from the warehouse but one of the night stand was not available for pickup.
I won’t make emotional statement and say that I won’t ever shop here again because there aren’t more options for furniture stores. But I do want to make clear that the customer service is horrible every single time.
City furniture and Ashley furniture (sister company), they don’t care about customers. Once they make the sale, you are on your own. No refunds for damaged couch, no refunds or store credit for being lied to by the sales rep about couch covers being able to be removed for machine safe wash.
Anyway if I were you be very careful and read all the fine print.

After visiting several furniture stores, I had become frustrated with the high-pressure sales tactics and salespeople who seem to follow you from room to room throughout the showroom. It made furniture shopping feel more stressful than enjoyable.
Today, my experience at CITY HOME (formerly CITY Furniture) was a breath of fresh air, and that was entirely because of Crystal.
Crystal greeted me warmly when I entered the store, and when I explained that I preferred to browse on my own and would find her if I needed assistance, she completely respected those wishes. There was no hovering, no pressure, and no sales pitch following me through the showroom — just excellent customer service.
Because Crystal gave me the space to shop comfortably and make my own decision, I actually enjoyed the experience and spent more time exploring the store. In the end, I purchased more than $3,000 worth of furniture and home furnishings.
Crystal struck the perfect balance of being friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and available when I needed her while allowing me the freedom to shop at my own pace. Her approach is exactly what furniture shoppers are looking for.
Thank you, Crystal, for making furniture shopping enjoyable again. I will absolutely be back and will gladly seek you out for our future purchases! I will also recommend you to friends/family.

Carolyn Via at City Furniture was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely helpful. My transaction ended up being a little complicated because I was using a coupon, but Carolyn handled everything so professionally and with such a positive attitude.
She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the discount was applied correctly, and never once made me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. That level of kindness and customer service is rare these days.
If you’re shopping at City Furniture, I highly recommend asking for Carolyn Via. She truly goes above and beyond to make the experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable!

Marilyn was very helpful in helping us furnish our new condo. She gave us time to look around without being aggressive, however, she stayed close enough for questions we may have had. I would keep her as our salesperson for any future needs. I highly recommend her.

Nicole Rodriquez was a super star for us. Professional, knowledgeable about fit, form, function. Great personality. Once she understood what we wanted, she helped us decide quickly on a variety of pieces. She is now our go-to.
