I recently had the pleasure of working with Amanda D., and I can't recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by her warm and inviting personality, which instantly put me at ease.
Shopping can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when you're not quite sure what you're looking for. However, Amanda turned that frustration into a delightful experience. She took the time to ask insightful questions, allowing her to understand my style and preferences. With her extensive knowledge, she guided me through various sets that perfectly matched my personality.
What truly sets Amanda apart is her incredible patience and genuine desire to help. She didn't rush me or push any specific items; instead, she made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my choices. We moved to North Carolina a few months ago and were in need of a new sofa. Our previous sofa had dual manual reclining seats, so we were looking for a similar item. Our family suggested we go to Ashley , and we are so glad we did. We were immediately greeted at the door warmly by Judi Bray (one of Ashely’s sales associates). Not only was she very engaging, and knowledgeable, but sweet as could be. Judi listened to our likes and dislikes with respect to the sofas that she showed us. (Still with no pressure to buy)
And, after seeing many sofas we decided to “sleep on it.” After leaving the store we returned to Ashley and asked specifically for Judi and bought the sofa that met all our needs. Judi took the time to explain everything about the sofa, never rushing us.. Her sales and people skills were a major reason why we purchased from Ashley. Best yet, the sofa was delivered two days later. By the way the delivery crew was great, as well. Judi managed the entire process from beginning to end as a true professional. We are very impressed with her. She made it happen! And lastly, a genuinely nice person. We are very happy with our purchase.

Kevin provided an excellent experience at Ashley furniture store in Burlington. From the moment we walked in, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions patiently, and never made us feel pressured.
He helped us find the perfect pieces within our budget and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His customer service truly stood out.
If you’re shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for Kevin — you won’t be disappointed! I don’t usually do reviews but Kevin deserves one.

Tamara c. In burlington nc was fantastic to work with. Very informative in guiding us toward the correct choice without being pushy or overly "salesman." Did a great job at showing us all the benefits of doing business with Ashley furniture. She really let us tell her what we were wanting and fit our needs to our ultimate selection.

Judi has been amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked into the store until the last piece of furniture was delivered, her customer service was immaculate. She stayed in contact, answered all of my questions, and made the experience seamless.
While I was in the store searching for a sectional, Judi was very intentional, she walked through the store with me and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my selection.
