I am so unhappy with my experience at your Douglasville store. I went in attempting to get a price meet or beat. Kyle Morgan was excellent at showing me the Nectar Adjustable beds. The one I was looking at on the Nectar site was priced at about $4428 on line. The total that manager Adam Jones gave us was for $6562.44. This was not a meet or beat. He kept pushing financing it to be able to compensate for the higher price, even after I told him I wasn't interested in financing the bed. I have a house full of Ashley furniture and will have to shop elsewhere which is quite disturbing as I have always been happy about the quality & pricing of your furniture. I am not sure why you guys would say "We will beat the price of a competitor by $1" That is false advertising. Sorry Kyle, your manager is 'Adam' is the reason you did not get this sale and the reason why you have lost a customer for life. I will make the online purchase directly.

Que was very friendly and also professional. I came in wanting the product and he thoroughly educated me on it. He was also patient and passionate about selling me a quality piece. He took the time to learn my needs and meet them. He provided quality customer service and was a strong influence on my purchase.

Excellent service from the Store Manger, Patrick at Ashley Furniture in Douglasville, GA and the delivery team!
I bought a sofa sleeper and chair from Ashley Furniture, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience! The store manager, Patrick, was my sales person, and he provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was super attentive, answered all my questions, and made sure everything went smoothly.
The delivery service was just as impressive. I received both text and email confirmations for the delivery date that Patrick had provided, along with a time window of 12:45–3:45. On the morning of delivery, I got a text letting me know the truck had started its route and confirming my delivery time. Terrance, the driver, called when he was about 20 minutes away, and they arrived promptly at 12:30. The team was friendly and set everything up quickly, professionally, and with great care.
Everyone involved did an outstanding job, and the furniture looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend, the Store Manager, Patrick at Ashley Furniture in Douglasville, GA.

Excellent buying experience with Q. He explained everything we needed to know. He also got us a good deal on bedroom furniture and mattress. The furniture quality is amazing, wife is very happy. I definitely recommend him to have a smooth buying experience.

I had a pretty good experience today. My salesman was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and made the process of buying a new living room set, rug, and coffee table very easy and enjoyable. HOWEVER, my only complaint was that I was informed that I purchased the 5 year extended warranty totaling over $700 after I had already paid. There was never any discussion about the warranty prior to that, nor was I asked if I wanted it. This upset my husband and we had it removed, not necessarily because we didn’t want it, but because it was done in secret. It would have been much better received had we been ASKED if we wanted the extended warranty as opposed to it being added in without our knowledge. It just kind of put a damper on what would have been an exceptional experience.
