I recently had some repairs done on my love seat to replace some worn cushions. Matt does a fantastic job, and has excellent customer service. He’s knowledgable and very friendly, and had my job done quick and efficiently. Definitely a pleasure to work with.

Also the delivery crew that delivered my order did a great job as well, positive attitudes. I know they deal with the public and that can be taxing, which makes me appreciate them more. View on GoogleMe and my Grandmother (90) of age were mis-led about specific warranties on our purchase. Was on the fence post on purchasing such a large dollar item, without peace in mind. The manager lady, got me nice and warm and comfortable, ultimately making the purchase. However, what happened was when I needed to exchange certain items, it was deemed, NOT VALID. On top of all that, the mattress that we bought, was selling from the manufacturer, out of the box, identical, to how we got from them, for $800 less. If you have money to burn OR maybe like their products or their team, go ahead. It was almost $3,000 dollars they got from us, under I believe to be false pretense and am on my way to prove it. I contacted Corporate, but it seems, I will have to go in multiple legal actions to resolve this. My opinion, BEWARE!
View on GoogleWe came in to look for a couch after looking at 3 other stores. There were great selections at amazing prices! The gentleman, Mark Gentry, took very good care of us! He was professional, personable, yet, very relatable and unpretentious! We told him what we wanted and after a few we found one that was perfect for us! We're excited for our delivery within the next two weeks and not months, like their competitors! Thanks again, Mark and thank you Ashley Furniture!
