Amy & Ani We had such a great experience working with these amazing sales associates! From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive to what we were looking for. They really took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the perfect living room set for our home. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and they made sure we were completely happy with our choice. View on GoogleADA hero! Vaden, a nice young man who works there was amazing. When I came in and we had small talk and he asked how he could help and I said it would be great if stores like that had wheelchairs, me darn well knowing they do not have them, was shocked and surpr8sed when he said, yes, we do! I'll be right back! I'm battling end stage metastatic brain cancer and can't go far and wear out so easily, and the loaner chairs at stores keep me able to do things. So this young man brings out a manual chair and tells me he will drive me around the store all we need. I was so impressed with the compassion this business has by having this chair available for those of us eho wouldn't make a lap around their warehouse. It truly made a difference, as I was there to actually shop for a bed and love seat and had to see it all a couple times to pick the right ones. So beyond this wonderful accessibility package was also wonderful customer service. He was so patient as we went around time after time. I had planned on a couple more pieces, so we shopped for 4 different items, each one at their own time. He pushing me carefully through the store the whole time. He listened and asked good questions as we went to narrow down the search to items and colors and styles that worked for what I wanted. Yeah he did some salesman stuff here and there too, but that's what a salesman has to do. I could tell he wanted to make sure I got a bed comfortable enough to carry me through my upcoming brain surgery. Patient and helpful tge whole way. The other employees who had been there a little longer than Vaden ye called uppknwhenni had a question he couldn't answer and the two who had helped him help me were both so caring and kind. Not just to me, t9 to their jewer employee and help8jg guide him al9ng tge way as well. When we had been circling products and had finally decided 2 items we were not going to get at this store and it was time for me to buy mine, I had asked if we could take a break first so I could go smoke. He still wheeled me out to my car and waiting and continued being my driver until he wheeled me out at the end of the visit. The helpfuoness, knowledge and experience of these peo0pe working just as a team should, all put together for making what was physically challenging for this cancer patient and generally unable to do, possible without having to suffer to get there. Great choices of furniture too of course!

Very friendly, professional, and respectful. He provided expert advice on our many needs for identifying specific type furniture. It was a wonderful experience! View on GoogleI shopped this location 2 times on busy afternoons both days I received very good service from Dominic and Cesar. I never felt pressured and enjoyed my shopping experience. It was convenient because they set up a cart I could view at home to make my final decision. Ashley online gave me many updates for special offers and I was able to use them as well match on line for store purchases. I would definitely recommend Ashely after my in store experience and comparing them to other furniture retailers. There show rooms are beautifully displayed and give you great recommendations and ideas for completing your room.
