Rachel was amazing! Introduced herself and let us look around on our own, which I really appreciated. When I was ready, she took the time to make sure I got everything I needed, without being salesy in anyway. I loved that she let me lead, but was there with all the answers to my questions when I was ready.
View on GoogleIf I could give negative 10 stars, I would. Do not buy any floor model furniture from this store!!! My husband and I purchased a couch and bed set from this store. We were informed the bed set was discontinued and could have the store set at a discounted price as our only option. Upon delivery, the bed pieces and dressers were absolutely covered in spider eggs. The inside drawers had dead spiders and crickets among other trash. And the bottom of the dresser has the biggest hole in it. I inspected everything I could see before agreeing to the floor set. You’d think honest people would disclose the giant hole in the bottom that couldn’t be seen in store with it set up. You’d also think a respectable business would clean their product before sending it. Spider eggs!!!! Second issue, they sent two people to deliver this bed set and two dressers up one flight of stairs. These two people, though kind and respectful, were inexperienced in doing so. They tore up our walls, railing, molding. They wouldn’t take the feet off the dressers, despite being asked, which ended in scuffing the molding towards the floor. I asked them to stop and went in with an allen wrench myself to take them off. They wore giant black boots that scuffed up the entire way up the stairs. The wall, railing, and molding have big scratches/dents that will need repair. The individuals didn’t protect the dresser from the rain when bringing it inside, so the whole bottom of it was drenched. Scratching the walls in turn scratched the furniture. Both dressers are covered in scuffs that either haven’t come off or required effort. The floor in our entry way is covered in black tire tracks from the dolly that have yet to come off with scrubbing. My husband had to help! What if he wasn’t home? He was integral to their ability to get it up the stairs. Without him, it wouldn’t have happened. And even then it took TWO HOURS to get pieces of a king bed and two dressers up one small flight of stairs! Third, they didn’t know how to put the bed together. There was a lot of putting together, discussing, taking apart, discussing some more. Looking at things, taking more things apart. An hour to put a bed together. I am so upset with the quality of the product and the delivery that I would never recommend nor purchase from this store again. Probably not even from any Ashley’s again.

Shopping for furniture can sometimes feel overwhelming, but not here. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. A huge shoutout to my salesperson and good friend Guy, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about helping me find exactly what I needed. The rest of the staff and the manager were just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and willing to help at every step. You can really tell this store values great customer service and teamwork. I honestly can’t express how pleasant the entire experience was. From start to finish, it was one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for great furniture and even better service, I highly recommend stopping by Ashley Furniture and asking for Guy!
View on GoogleVery pleasant experience. We were warmly greeted. We described what we were looking for. Furniture that might be of interest were shown to us. Then the most important part is we were then allowed to browse without pressure. Our salesperson came periodically to see if we had questions and to make sure we were finding everything. We took awhile due to the specific comfort we were looking for because of back issues. Eventually we found the perfect fit. Very relaxed shopping, was a huge plus. Everyone was very pleasant. Our salesperson Demitrius was very helpful and kind and made the experience perfect
View on GoogleI ordered a bed from Ashley furniture they said they would match other facilities prices, but after showing the assistant manager the price of a competitive store she said she would not honor that arrangement with Ashley agreed to prior to our visit that day. The assistant manager was very rude to my fiancé and started arguing with her about why she would not honor the other store price. She said she would lose too much money on that, but Ashley‘s Corpo office said she was supposed to honor that because that is what Ashley furniture store does on our other store, competitive prices to get the sale after receiving the bed from Ashley after waiting seven weeks they gave us a used bed that was water damaged. Had scratches all on it and I would not accept it when the delivery people came to install it. They took it back. I paid cash for the bed and now they are telling me I would have to wait 21 days to receive my cash back. This was not credit. This was straight cash sale. The head manager would not honor that agreement as well I tried getting in touch with the regional manager by email and he did not respond to my email or my phone calls that I left at the corporate phone number for him to get back with me about what occurred at his Lake Charles store. I see why the parking lot at Ashley furniture store. is empty all day and into the evening from now on I will visit either Lafayette or Houston or go online to shop for whatever I need when it comes to dealing with furniture stores especially Ashley furniture store. That’s why I gave them a one rating really I wish it would be a zero.
