Shopping at Ashley Furniture has been a pleasure. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. When my chaise lounge was delivered to my home, Nelson & Reid took great care unpacking it from protective wrapping and carrying it into my home, upstairs, and attaching the feet for me. They were professional, efficient, and very kind. My experience was positive and I am delighted with my purchase and service. Many thanks!

Although it's a commission-based pay system, your salesman, if it's Dalton, will be extremely understanding and patient with your time, and will help you as far as he can when it comes to finding the right piece for you. View on GoogleWe ordered a three recliner couch from Ashley furniture and the original delivery team had an issue with the couch fitting through the door Of our home. We returned to the store and were immediately helped by Abby, and Nolan, as well as a few other very kind and helpful employees. They rescheduled another delivery and we received our couch within a few days with no issues, The couch was disassembled and was easily able to fit through the door.. Everyone at Ashley was very professional, and we were very pleased with the customer service that we received from them. They were very quick to remedy the original delivery issue of a week earlier. Honestly, The customer service we received left us very pleasantly surprised .

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, quality, warranties, and all the available ways to save money. She patiently walked me through every question I had and was genuinely one of the kindest people I've met. Her professionalism and customer service made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Ashley Furniture as a company was also outstanding with communication throughout the process. They kept me informed about delivery scheduling and followed up appropriately every step of the way. A special thank you to Michael and Connor for the delivery and setup. Their communication was stellar, they arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and had my recliner assembled and ready to use in about 15 minutes. From the showroom experience to delivery, everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Ashley Furniture and the team at the North Charleston location!
