We're very happy with our no pressure shopping experience at Ashley. Our salesman Nick was professional, friendly and non-judgemental when we found the perfect sofa (among other items) in the markdown furniture section. They scheduled our delivery quickly and the two men that brought our purchases were fantastic!! I highly recommend Ashley and will be returning soon for a few other pieces.

Our experience at the Ashley Store in Port Charlotte was extremely positive. Nick, The sales representative was knowledgeable, friendly, patient & eager to show us products suitable to our lifestyle. He followed up as promised and returned our calls promptly.
The delivery of our purchase went smoothly. It was delivered at the time promised, and both Jeff and Alejandro, the delivery men were courteous and friendly. Jeff in particular was aware of my mobility issues and very mindful of my needs.
I would happily recommend this store!

Excellent customer service, Mark was very knowledgeable about our choice of sectional. He was very attentive, I will definitely recommend my family & friends to visit Ashley's Furniture and k for Mark, for all their future home product needs.

Beautiful dining set and excellent delivery service. The dining set is heavy, solid and sturdy. The color is lovely and the fabric on the chairs is soft and pretty. The set looks elegant in our dining area.
We waited about 4 weeks until the furniture came in. The delivery guys were friendly, quick and detailed.

The worst experience ever. Came in one day, talked to a sales person, told me the sectional would be $5,199 with how we wanted it, came back a week later, the new sales guy told us no way, it'll be over 6k. Added a coffee table for the purchase, Negotiated down a bit. Told us it would be $6,125 with the sectional, coffee table with $350 for warranty and $ 200 for delivery but would discount it by $50. I walked a way and came back 10 min later, Sales guy left. Talked to the store manager. All the sudden it's over 6,400k, delivery is actually only $159, not $200 and warranty is only $299. Not $350 Bunch of lies, would never shop, give my business to them or recommend. Instead same night, I went and gave rooms to go in Port charlotte over 11k in furniture purchases. They don't lie about the pricing and way better service!!!!!
