We had an outstanding experience working with Alex! From the moment we walked in, Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect bedroom furniture. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the options without ever making us feel pressured. The bedroom set we chose is absolutely amazing—we couldn't be happier with the quality, style, and comfort. It's completely transformed our space, and we get excited every time we walk into the room. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction and makes the furniture-buying experience enjoyable, ask for Alex. Her professionalism, patience, and expertise made all the difference. We highly recommend him and will definitely be back for future furniture purchases! Anaiyah and Quasia were awesome as well throughout the entire process!!!! What an amazing staff!
View on Googlepurchased a bedroom set from Ashley’s Furniture in July 2025, and it was delivered in August 2025. About a month ago, we noticed that the top of the dresser has started separating. This is a brand-new dresser that is only about six months old, and it’s clearly coming apart. After noticing the issue, we contacted the Ashley’s Furniture store in Quakertown multiple times. Each time we were directed to customer service, and every time we were told the same thing—that the damage is considered “cosmetic.” Because of that, they refuse to even send someone out to look at the dresser, even though the furniture is still under the one-year manufacturer warranty. The level of customer service has been extremely disappointing. The people at the store have been unwilling or unable to help resolve the issue. I’ve spoken to several different employees who said they would try to contact customer service, but either nothing happens or we never hear back. I have also personally called customer service numerous times and continue to get nowhere. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve purchased multiple pieces of furniture from this store over the years and have been a loyal customer. This is the kind of service I get when something actually goes wrong. It’s very disappointing to have a six-month-old dresser that is literally coming apart and not be able to get anyone from Ashley’s to stand behind their product or warranty. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others about purchasing furniture here, as getting support for warranty issues seems nearly impossible.
View on GoogleMy wife and I went into Ashley's Furniture today after shopping around for a couch. We were greeted with Sean at the door and he was very helpful and insightful throughout the tour. He gave us the space to look around and we did not feel pressured into buying anything while also being there to answer our questions when needed. After being there for almost 2 hours, we finally found a couch that matched our living room while also fitting into our budget. Sean even went the extra steps to save us even more money than he already had, AND we even won the hourly raffle that saved us another big amount off our order. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recomend this Ashley's Furniture to others, not just for Sean and his amazing skills, but also for his other co-workers who helped as well to set the stage and make us feel welcome!

The girls behind the counter were also very friendly and polite. We felt like we knew these people for a long time. Keep up the wonderful work

She was great through the whole process, super friendly, showing us different options, explaining differences in fabrics and how they are made and cost/financing. We ended up purchasing a new sectional and can’t wait to get it delivered Friday! The ladies at check out were also very friendly and helpful! Great experience all around! Thank you ladies!!
