View on GooglePurchased couch, love seat and ottoman. Delivered on Tuesday late afternoon. On Thursday I called to inform the color did not look like the store and I would like to exchange. I was told I needed to call within 24 hours. It had been 36 hours. I just wanted to exchange and would have purchased a more expensive set. I left numerous messages at corporate and directly with Ashley. Never heard back once from the Rockford store. They sold it and don’t care about customer service after the sale. I bought a new place and still need 2 bedroom sets, kitchen table and additional set for the basement. I will NOT be returning to Ashley and do not recommend them to anyone. *** I have called the customer service number twice after receiving reply from Ashley. I have been told nothing different from my first conversations with Ashley so not sure why you are asking me to call to discuss when I am told the exact same thing.

I have been an Ashley customer for several years, and I can honestly say this has been some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere, not just at a furniture store. One person who truly deserves recognition is Pauly. Ashley Furniture absolutely hit the jackpot with him. His energy, professionalism, and customer service skills are on another level. Every time I come into the store, he makes the experience enjoyable, stress-free, and exciting. He is knowledgeable, patient, personable, and never makes you feel pressured. Honestly, his presence alone makes me WANT to shop there. That kind of employee is rare, and it says a lot about the direction Ashley Furniture is heading. I also want to give a huge thank you to Maria for helping me through a mattress reselect. After getting my mattress home, I realized it just was not the quality or comfort level I expected. I gave it 89 out of the 90-day trial period because I truly wanted to give it a fair chance before making a decision. When it became clear it wasn’t the right fit, Maria made the reselect process incredibly easy and completely hassle-free. No arguments, no stress, no runaround… just genuine customer care and professionalism. That experience alone earned my long-term loyalty. Ashley Furniture didn’t just sell me furniture… they stood behind their products and made sure I was happy with my purchase, and that matters. The last time I visited, I purchased THREE beds, and I already plan on coming back for more furniture in the near future because the experience has consistently been that good. It is refreshing to walk into a business where the staff genuinely seem to care about customers and take pride in what they do. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, professional, and helpful, but Pauly especially deserves recognition because he truly goes above and beyond every single time. If you are looking for furniture and want an enjoyable shopping experience with people who actually care, I highly recommend Ashley Furniture. They have earned a customer for life and I'll be sending all my family and friends too.
