We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Everton and Mike! From the moment we walked in, Everton went above and beyond to help us find the perfect sofa and loveseat. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what we were looking for. He guided us through options without any pressure and made sure we felt confident in our selection. Mike, the manager, was equally impressive. He worked diligently on the pricing and discounts to make sure we received the best possible deal to lock in our purchase. We genuinely felt valued, respected, and cared for throughout the entire process. This was one of the best furniture-buying experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture, ask for Everton and Mike; you’ll be in excellent hands! Highly recommend 5 stars all the way!

View on Google⭐☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ashley Furniture. I purchased a sofa and loveseat in December 2024, which were delivered in January 2025. After only one year of normal household use, both pieces began peeling and separating along the seams and armrests. Based on the condition of both pieces, this is a manufacture issue the upholstery is prematurely material failure. This is not normal. To protect my investment, I also purchased the Montage Premium Furniture Protection Plan. My claim was denied because peeling or separation of the seems is excluded under the plan. I then contacted Ashley Furniture to request assistance under the manufacturer's warranty. Ashley employees refuse to discuss my issue also refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor to inspect the furniture. Instead, I was told that manufacturing defects had to be reported within 72 hours. I asked Ashley employee on the phone to provide documentation showing where the warranty requires manufacturing defects discovered after delivery to be reported within 72 hours, but no documentation was provided. I reviewed the purchase agreement states that products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, and instructs customers to contact Customer Care to schedule an inspection if they believe there is a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, Ashley denied my request without ever inspecting the furniture. When you spend thousands of dollars on furniture, you expect it to last much longer than one year. My frustration is not only with the quality of the furniture but also with the lack of customer service and the refusal to investigate the issue. BE AWARE....
View on GoogleThis is an great store with so much variety. We had a great experience with this Ashley store and especially with Shane. Shane was amazing. He had a great attitude, was very proactive, and went out of his way to help us. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Really appreciate his support and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
