We closed on our first home Friday and stopped by Atlantic Bedding & Furniture before picking up our U-Haul — and we are SO glad we did! Ariana was absolutely amazing. She walked us through the showroom, explained all the different features, fabrics, and price points, and helped us find the perfect sectional for our new home.
With all the unexpected expenses and moving parts that come with buying your first home, we told her we wanted to think everything over before making a decision. We ended up calling back Sunday evening close to closing time, and she connected us with Nick to discuss financing and delivery options. They offered financing through Synchrony Home, sent us the application link, and we were approved quickly and easily.
What truly blew us away was the level of customer service. Even after closing, Nick offered to personally bring the sectional THAT NIGHT instead of making us wait until Tuesday delivery. We paid the delivery fee, and he arrived around 9:15 PM. The entire sectional was unloaded and assembled in less than an hour.
As someone who loves interior design, I was nervous the color might look too “pumpkin” in our home because of how it appeared under the showroom lighting. Before bringing it over, Nick actually removed the back cushion from one of the sectional pieces, carried it outside into natural light, and sent me photos so I could see the true color first. That level of patience, flexibility, and consideration meant so much to us.
The sectional ended up looking INCREDIBLE in our space, and the entire experience made us feel genuinely cared for during such a hectic and exciting weekend. We can’t recommend Atlantic Bedding & Furniture enough, especially Ariana and Nick. We absolutely plan on coming back for more pieces as we continue making our first house feel like home!

Great experience at Atlantic Bedding & Furniture in North Charleston. They have a huge selection and the prices were much better than the big chain stores we checked. The staff, especially Nick, was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which we really appreciated.
If you’re looking for a furniture or mattress store in the area, I definitely recommend stopping. We’ll be coming back the next time we need furniture!

Update: We just purchased three rooms of furniture. We are extremely pleased with the quality of service we received. Lamar Ford was our sales representative and he was patient and fully explained all of the features and benefits and helped us to understand what we were purchasing. We recommend that anyone looking for furniture come to Atlantic Bedding and Furniture for great value and a big selection.
