Recently, we ordered a table and four chairs. No problem with putting them together, but there were two small flaws - one of the table and one on a chair. I called the store and explained and the staff was wonderful. They ordered both items, put them together, inspected and then delivered the replacements to our home. At no time were they difficult to work with. They handled the minor problems and made it right. We are most appreciative. Thank you, Bacons Furniture! Barb Watson

Julie has been a tremendous help to us!! She made many suggestions that we incorporated!! We are extremely happy with all the furniture we purchased!! The delivery guys were great! They were very careful bringing the furniture in and putting where we told them to!! The also took the old furniture!! That really saved us a lot of trouble!! I will highly recommend Bacon’s Furniture in Port Charlotte to everyone who asks where we got all our new furniture and those just asking for a recommendation on Facebook!! Our sales person in Port Charlotte. Lynn, was just fantastic. She really spent time building the relationship and asking a lot of questions about what we were looking for in regards to style and size and finish and at the end of our conversation we had special ordered two Pallisar leather love seats that were custom fabricated for our new home. We just received delivery today and Chris and Tristan were very meticulous about handling the furniture, unwrapping it and placing it exactly where we wanted it in our living room. Bacon’s furniture exceeded our expectations and their staff are experienced. skilled, and customer service oriented! Five stars plus!

Our salesperson was Grace and she was fantastic. Helped us make a decision on which entryway and end table what be best In our home. We could not be happier. The tables were wrapped and padded very carefully. Delivery men did a great job.
