I had a great experience with Bellello's furniture in New Roads – Belinda, my salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, and the process was smooth and efficient. They had a Lay-z-boy sofa in stock. It was perfect for my home decor and saved me a lot of money, and kept me from having to order one. I got next day delivery and the young men were nice and professional.

I Love this store! All the employees here are Amazing! Belinda, Dwayne, Sharon, Randy, etc. Just to name a few, help me get all my appliances and parts quickly, when a residents Refrigerator or Stove goes out, they immediately get another one and bring it to me, and haul off the old ones. Thanks Bellelos for all your continued service. Jackson Square- for Bayou Fountain (Port Allen Store is just as Amazing)

I want to thank Belinda at Bellelo's for being so helpful with our needs yesterday and today. She took the time to call me in about a product I wanted being truthful about the product and helping me choose something else. This is our 4th or 5th time shopping at Bellelo's in New Roads and we couldn't be happier.

Called ahead of time to see if they had a recliner we maybe interested in. Confirmed and got the lady's name. Drove from Port Allen store. LONG DETAILED story cut short...the lady i spoke to on phone IGNORED my arrival and after 20min of chatting outside with her buddy she came in to sit down and chat with her friend. CAROLYN is the sales person I should have stayed with - superb customer service. This other...she needs to go! However, they did deliver quickly after one of their workers quit. The delivery gentleman was also nice. I called the store TWICE with only one return call and no follow up. So disappointing when you want to buy small and somewhat local.

Easy peasy buying experience. Prices are reasonable, got the furniture delivered in 2 days and I'm pleased with the quality for what I paid. I will definitely come here again for furniture in the future.
