Our salesperson Julia was extremely nice and helpful. She greeted us at the door and began to show us around at some furniture we were looking to buy. She was very knowledgeable on furniture we were asking about. If she didn't know the answer, she immediately called someone to get the answer we needed. She would walk to the side to give us time to discuss and make our decision. We never felt pressured in to buying something we didnt want. When we finally made our decision on what we wanted, having to come back the next day, she was very helpful getting everything finalized. She stayed over 2 hours past her shift, and 30 minutes past closing to work on an issue with the system. Never getting frustrated, she remained professional and courteous. We thank you for helping us with our purchase. We are very excited for our new furniture. We look forward to seeing you in the future.

We have been purchasing our furniture from Bob Mills Furniture for several years, and once again they exceeded our expectations. We recently purchased new living room furniture, mattresses, an adjustable base, and a dining table, and the entire experience was outstanding.
Debra was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help us find exactly what we needed, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. What really stood out was her follow-up after the sale to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchases—which we absolutely are!
The quality of the furniture is excellent, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is second to none. If you’re looking for great deals, quality furniture, and a stress-free shopping experience, I highly recommend asking for Debra. We will definitely continue to make Bob Mills Furniture our first choice for furniture purchases in the future!

Doni was our sales rep and he was outstanding! He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the mattresses which is what we were interested in purchasing. It was a great experience. We were going to shop around, but Doni was such a great sales host that we just couldn’t go anywhere else!

Would have given a 5 star review, but we didn’t qualify for a $250.00 gift card by 1 penny. The purchase price of the beautiful table and six chairs was $1,998.99 and the offer was for items purchased for $1,999.00 or over Kinda disheartening someone couldn’t have granted the gift card or raised the price by 1 penny. Sales rep was excellent and overall sales experience was good. The 1 penny experience makes for a good conversation, but not in a good sense for the Bob Mills Furniture store name.

Pleasant shopping experience. Salesmen, Elvis was very good. He only came around every so often to answer questions. We were left to look on our own.
