⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Mehki! My husband and I had an excellent experience shopping for furniture, and a big part of that was thanks to Mehki. From the moment we walked into the store, he was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. Mehki went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to our needs, answer all of our questions, and help us explore different options without ever making us feel pressured. His patience, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring we were happy with our purchase truly stood out. What impressed us most was how dedicated he was to making our experience smooth and enjoyable. He made us feel valued as customers and provided a level of service that is hard to find these days. He listen to my needs and delivered exactly what I wanted and needed. Michael the manger followed up with outstanding service also. He was very accommodating to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and delivery date. It was an incredibly pleasant experience.
View on GoogleThis full size Madeline Trundle bed is so awful. My granddaughters spent the night with us after we purchased this bed. They were so excited to see their new bed. In the morning, I went to find them sleeping peacefully. I woke the 11 year and oldest up, I layed down with her (I am 140 pound and she’s 95 pounds) when I sat up the bed collapsed to the floor. I was shocked! Called Bob’s and had to wait five days for them to show up. Explained what happened. Was asked if kids jumped in the bed, I told them absolutely not! When tech showed up, he asked what the problem was? I explained and said do you have the wood to repair the bed? He said he did not have any slats that he came from Philadelphia and that he is a subcontractor.. We live in Maryland after examining the bed, he determined that the bed support edges that hold the box spring were dry rot and said it only came with 3 slats. No vertical brace. The slats are not wood but rather thin wafer like plywood. The screws for the slats are very small that popped out. The trundle bed underneath was pulled all the way out with only the edge directly under the full bed, when the bed collapsed, the edge of the trundle bed was slightly damaged. I was told I had to wait another fixe days for them to come repair, they were going to try and fix it! The bed is dry rot and doesn’t have enough slats which are not wood! I asked for a refund sine we had the bed less than 10 days and the first time the bed was slept in it collapsed. I was given the run around and told I could exchange. I said, your policy is a full refund if less than 39 days. She agreed to pick up bed in another five days! Said, no money back until we get the bed??? I said, you can get the bed now! No, they don’t have anyone to pick it up. How about the tech who arrived alone! No, different division. Buyer beware, we paid $1100 dollars for the bed warranty and delivery, have to wait for a refund, they refuse to come earlier. We are stuck and cannot get a new bed until this one is picked up. No money back until they pick this bed up! Do not buy this bed! Dry rot? Poor quality!

We appreciated her attention to detail and for running through the numbers with us. She was very attentive to us and easy to talk too. Thank you again, Cassidy.
View on GoogleYour store is terrific and we bought numerous items. Our salesperson Gwen was extremely helpful and good-natured, making the shopping more fun. We found exactly what we needed. The manager and other employees were helpful and gave plenty of their time. Looking forward to returning.
