I had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture yesterday! Luis was my salesperson and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He listened to what I was looking for, quickly showed me the right options, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I was able to find the exact furniture I wanted and was in and out of the store in under 40 minutes, which I really appreciated. Luis was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. no pressure, just great service. If you’re shopping for furniture, I definitely recommend asking for Luis. The delivery guys from Chula Vista Bobs Furniture were super quick and helpful. Parked and loaded my mattress into my home within 10min, took the packaging and said to wait at least 4 hours. Then I added my goof proof protector. Not bad!

The website kept on telling me to input another card when I knew I had more than enough to cover the purchase. I called Bobs and spoke to a wonderful representative ( I unfortunately forgot his name) and he was able to assist and process the payment over the phone. He is the only reason I gave 4 stars! If it wasn’t for him I would’ve given a 2 star review which would’ve hurt my heart to do since I have been buying Bob’s furniture for decades.
