We had a great experience at Bob’s Furniture thanks to Philip, our Guest Experience Specialist. He helped us pick out couches for our family room and living room, as well as a dining set. Philip was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed while making big decisions. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit — overall a fantastic experience.

View on GoogleI just moved to Virginia. I visited a couple of other furniture stores in the area before Bob's, however, the experience I had in Bob's was exceptional. In addition to the amazing collection of furniture they have, my assistance, Esteban, made the experience more interesting. He was so patient, polite, friendly, and really helpful. He understood what I was exactly looking for and did his best to help me find it. The store manager was also so friendly, helpful and flexible. Very cozy and fun place to shop for furniture. And don't forget to try their complimentary coffee, it's soooo good. I will go again for the rest of my furniture. I highly recommend this place. Love it. Thank you Esteban and the whole team for making my first visit to your store really exceptional. I will post pictures when I receive my furniture.
View on GoogleI wanted a cohesive look that fits in my new apartment after downsizing from a house. The Bettie Collection offers a simple, clean, modern look. Their platform bed and headboard is $299. Their 4 piece bedroom package is $799 (no mattress). I added The Morgan counter height bistro table and barstools for the dining nook. The Bob’s website has TONS of info, + photos,+ dimensions. I laid everything out with painters tape at my new apt. and added it to my cart. I could have ordered it online, but I chose to go to the show room in Falls Church before purchasing. Jafar understood the assignment! He was extremely responsive to my questions, showed me each piece in my cart, helped me measure some items, confirmed availability and always offered solutions that kept me on budget. He let me make my own choices without pressure from all that Bobs offers its customers. After final selections were made, the manager confirmed the order details, I paid and was out the door in about 30 minutes. I shopped for 711 sq ft apartment, + white glove delivery service $399 + protection plan $249 + 11 total furniture pieces + queen mattress ——> $3300 approx I called back same day and told them I changed my mind on one piece (needed 70 in). Their Customer Service team made the change on the call and (including billing confirmation and email) I was done in under 10 minutes! 🙌 Next day, i got a text confirming the delivery date. Overall: Good customer service, big selection for apartment size furniture, fair prices, well lit showrooms, white glove delivery service offered. Highly recommend based on my experience so far.
View on GoogleBob's prices were great and had quality products. My salesman was Orlando and his customer service is exeptional. No pressure at all and answered every question I had. Because of this, I ended up making an additional purchase. I highly recommend this location. The sales team were all great and you should to make Orlando your guy, too.
