Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had shopped at Bobs before in Jersey and when I came to Frederick, Maryland, I decided to check out their showroom. I was pleasantly surprised to find good quality items along with great prices. I did not hesitate to buy myself a bedroom, set living room, sofa, etc. plus they have great financing. And don’t forget the free ice cream. 🍦

We loved that there was a lot of inventory ,great quality and good prices. There was no hard sell but Michele was available and so helpful when we had questions. The purchase process was easy and seamless with.clear info on the delivery dates. We saw so many other items that are now on our wish list!!

Great experience buying furniture at Bob’s Furniture. Ed was easy to work with and very friendly. He greeted me and was available whenever I needed him, but allowed me to walk the store without pressure. That’s one thing I love about Bob’s — there is no pressure, and I can walk in and out without having anyone following me. I have found great pieces of furniture at Bob’s that are priced fairly, have held up, and I still love. When I was ready to buy, I was able to easily connect with Ed, and the entire purchase was done in just a few minutes. I really appreciated the quick transaction, and his availability when I needed questions answered. I love the furniture and highly recommend Ed and Bob’s Furniture!

From start to finish, this was one of the best furniture buying experience I've had. Jonny was incredibly knowledgeable, took time to really listen to what I was looking for, and offered me thoughtful suggestions going forward, without being pushy. He was patient, honest, and clearly cared about making sure I was happy with my choices, not just that a sale was being made. Communication was excellent, and I felt confident every step of the way. This place was awesome! Everything was wonderful, from the the customer service, selection of furniture available, and flexible payment options, this is one of the best places to get furniture. The staff was very friendly and helpful all throughout the store, not just to us but to other patrons as well. We are getting married and had to decide between getting a new bedroom set or a vacation for our honeymoon as a present. We opted for furniture and my fiance's family has gotten much of their furniture from this location. We had such a hard time choosing because we loved a lot of what we saw! I wish we were sponsored by Bob's for a full home makeover of our new townhouse but until then one can dream! Thank you to all the nice staff that offered to help as we just browsed.
