I had a wonderful experience shopping at bobs! Deborah spent three hours working with me one on one to be sure we found the perfect fit for me. She was very kind, welcoming, and supportive. I felt like she truly cared about me and ensuring I got the right stuff I wanted. She did not push or try to upsell me. She has answered any and all questions I have thrown her way. Even helping me for several weeks after I received my products. Unfortunately there was a slight issue with a drawer on the bed frame I got. Deborah scheduled a tech to come very quickly. The tech Arman did an amazing job and fixed everything. He even took his shoes off to protect my carpet. He had me approve everything he did before moving on to the next step and walked me through what he was doing. I was very impressed by the quality service of bobs. I absolutely love my bed, bedframe, dresser, carpet and TV stand I got. I highly recommended Bobs and will be returning.
View on GoogleDeborah was amazing. She told us about all of the options and deals they had to offer. She wasn’t overbearing like some sales people can be. She let us look around, take the time we needed and answered any questions we had. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into buying extra stuff we didn’t need. The prices at Bob’s are unmatched by any other store. I went to several other online stores and in person and would find the same furniture for 100s more than at Bob’s. They have so many different pieces available. The 5 year “Goof Proof” plan is amazing. The delivery is fast and they will set everything up wherever you decide. They offer a little cafe with coffee, candy, and ice cream which is a nice bonus, and learning the history of the store and the different charities they contribute too was nice as well. Definitely put Bob’s on the top of your list when furniture shopping and be sure to stop in and ask for Deborah.
View on GoogleI have never even really paid attention to this store front. I went in wondering if they had tall reading lamps for my twin girl's rooms. Well they didn’t have lamps I needed BUT they had RUGS for the girls’ rooms. Rugs that it seemed no one carried-But Bob’s did! Richard helped me the whole time, giving me time to look at ALL the options, call my husband for his opinion, check prices and availability for all those options and we found two , one to be shipped and one that was the last one available. The manager was able to give me a deep discount on it(ask and you shall receive)! Christmas Day came and the girls each LOVED the rings we chose for them! They both feel so good walking or sitting on them. Since we have 2 cats and a dog we wanted something comfortable to sit/lie on. It’s only been about 3 weeks since we put them in their bedrooms but the kids, kitties and pup all love lying down on them! Thanks Richard for being so professional AND fun to work with! I will recommend you guys to anyone searching for rugs(can’t speak to the couches!)
View on GoogleWe had never been to a Bob’s Furniture Store before. Earlier this week, my husband and I visited their store in Grand Rapids with my elderly mother-in-law. She wanted to buy a sofa bed, and we had already looked at some options online. We pulled up and saw a large, beautiful store and wondered how Mom would be able to walk around to look at the options. Our sales associate, Janet, met us curbside with a smile, a warm greeting, and a wheelchair, so Mom wouldn’t have to attempt to walk around the large showroom. Wow, that is certainly outstanding customer service! Janet was extremely kind, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. She listened to what we were interested in and showed us the options in the store. She went “above and beyond” to help us out and to make our shopping experience a wonderful one. She did an outstanding job helping us. We also appreciated her “no pressure” style, as Mom wanted to think about it for a day before making her decision. . We placed the order online the next day. I had a few follow up questions, after placing the order, and Janet responded immediately. I hope her managers recognize her as an excellent employee, because she certainly is one! If you go to Bob’s Furniture in Grand Rapids, please ask for Janet! You will be so happy that you did! Employees that care as much as she does, are difficult to find. I am happy to say that my MIL’s beautiful sofa bed It is already being delivered tomorrow, 3 days after we ordered it. We are very happy and satisfied customers!
