Our salesperson was Rhea. She was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough and detail oriented. She took time to make sure we were satisfied with every part of our purchase. She made solid recommendations and we really appreciated it! I will definitely look for her again regarding any purchases from Bob's in the future.

Came here a month ago in preparation of moving and David Lee helped me find a nice couch for our new place. He was professional, courteous, and informative on the whole process and made the online purchase so convenient. He also called me to follow up on the delivery date and was able to schedule an earlier delivery than anticipated. Thanks David, we appreciate your amazing service!

We just bought a house and we're looking for a dinning table set, this is my 2nd time visiting this location, but in this place nobody wants to help you. One lady saw me but then she kept looking at her phone. They have beautiful furniture, but they see you walking in, and they don't care. I showed interest so the lady can approach me but she ignored me. Sadly no service at all. Don't come to this location, don't waist your time. Go to another location. I will never come back to this location

I got a great deal at Bob’s furniture. I found a sofa for $2100 that I was about to buy at another store for $900 here. the two people who worked there were really fun and helpful. I don’t give many reviews, but this one I took the time to do.

I'm scheduled for a Total Knee Replacement May 7th, I told the Rep. Ron and he delivered 5 star service. He showed me several chairs. I was able to find one that I fell in love with all the features I requested, power lift, massage, beautiful leather and the color was Fantastic!!!! Give this man a raise!!!!
