I had an outstanding experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right furniture instead of just making a sale. The showroom was clean, well-organized, and had a huge selection with great prices for the quality. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff took the time to explain different options, financing, and protection plans without being pushy. Everyone worked together as a team, and you could tell they cared about creating a great customer experience. The delivery process was smooth, communication was excellent, and everything arrived exactly as expected. If you’re looking for quality furniture, fair pricing, and a team that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture in Nashua. Easily one of the best furniture shopping experiences I’ve had!
View on GoogleI am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issues I’ve experienced with my recent furniture purchase and delivery. I genuinely feel for your customer service representatives, as they are doing their best, but the process has been chaotic and extremely disappointing. I initially visited the store to use a store credit after my fold-out couch broke for the second time. I was advised by the sales representative, Tas, to discard the broken couch. However, customer service later instructed me to retain it for the delivery team. I asked for clarification multiple times to avoid confusion, yet conflicting information persisted. On the first scheduled delivery date, the team arrived but left without delivering anything. I returned to the store and spoke with two managers who were unwilling to assist or contact customer service to clarify the situation. Their response was simply, “I don’t know what’s going on. Call customer service.” During the second delivery attempt, the dresser was correct, but the couch was not the model I ordered. On the third attempt, the correct couch was finally delivered, but the delivery team questioned the absence of the fold-out mattress, which had been taken by the previous team. This interaction was extremely uncomfortable, especially with my child upset during the visit. The delivery person called customer service, which added to my distress. Since then, I’ve received multiple calls from Bob’s Furniture asking if I received my order, which has only added to my frustration. I’ve never experienced such disorganization and lack of accountability. At every step, I felt blamed for mistakes that were clearly not mine. The process took three delivery attempts to get the correct items, and even then, I was made to feel at fault for their mistakes. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustrating experience.
View on GoogleI got recommendation from my parents to come here for my new couches. I was greeted and helped by Nicole. I had specific things I wanted and she kindly and magically told and showed my family where everything was. She was respectful and gave us space to explore and discover what product we wanted. We ended up purchasing a sectional and before finalizing the purchase, everything was summarized and explained before payment. I thought that was excellent because we could've gotten too excited and not listened the first time. I appreciate their thoroughness and best part was they had a Cafe with coffee, cookies, candies, and ICE CREAM. It was a wonderful shopping experience. Thanks Bob for having such awesome staff!
