Best price and quality! Love my rug and side we got from bobs! The colors go great anywhere and for a fraction of the price (Nordstrom or Jordan’s!) so much better! Loved the sofa and how easily it is to clean up! just a wet towel do the trick! No motor insurance for the recliner and extra year for body fluids needed! They hold just fine! Save your money :)
View on Google“ No Customer Service Adequate” Please do better Bobs. I walked into the store last night . My goal was to get a bedroom set . I was interested in the quality and value of the product. I walked into the store like 6:30 pm . When I sat with the sales associate to purchase the bedroom set . She was not the friendliest woman in America . She told me to decide on my purchase at home . Because she had to go home . She bluntly said this . She rushed me. This store is in need of customer service training and adequate , please do better Bobs . Also “ Yelp” gives a more adequate description of what I experienced yesterday.
View on GoogleThe salesman was very helpful without being pushy. Very laid back and pleasant buying experience. We purchased a living room set that was about 1/2 the price of elsewhere. The manager was very thorough going over everything including an optional extended warranty. Delivery was very accomadating any time at our convenience.
View on GoogleWe found a large variety of sectional sofas on display with options to redesign seating arrangements in dozens of different configurations in nice colors as well all without long delays in delivery times like many of the other furniture stores. Add in a knowledgeable and experienced sales person (Andy) turned us from “Lookers” to “Buyers”.
View on GoogleAs a former long time customer at Bobs , I visited the store and browsed independently for about 20 minutes before approaching a salesman in a suit (his name appeared to be George/Jorge). When I asked if he worked there, he dismissively responded, “What do you need?” I explained that I needed assistance with pricing and delivery information for several items, including a sofa that did not have a visible tag. Rather than offering professional assistance, he pointed me to a paper with item numbers that was not customer-friendly and then told me he would find “someone to help [me] because [I] needed a lot of help.” He directed me to an associate named Donna, who was patient, kind, and provided me with the information I needed. However, shortly afterward, I observed the same salesman enthusiastically assisting a white couple — answering their questions, taking measurements, and even suggesting they visit the store café. As a 32-year-old Black African woman, I strongly felt that I was treated with disrespect and disregard because of my race. This behavior was humiliating, unprofessional, and does not reflect the inclusive, customer-first values that Bob’s Furniture advertises.
