He was very professional , courteous, and attentive to my questions about what I was looking for. Many years ago I had the blessing of meeting him through a previous purchase I had made with another associate & it struck me how honest he was with attending by concerns at that time & I wasn’t even his customer. So 7 years later. I returned today to make a purchase with Samuel 😊. He’s the BEST ! you won’t regret it. I also had the opportunity to meet the store manager who is Leonor and her customer service care was exceptional ! Thank you so much for everything, I will be returning soon for another purchase! When showing us the newest product, the "Illusion" couch, he was incredibly informative, breaking down features and comfort in a way that helped us make a confident decision. What really stood out was his approach. He encouraged us to explore other leather options so we could compare, but never tried to steer us away from what we naturally gravitated toward. In the end, we went with the very first couch we saw and that says a lot. Mark went above and beyond in making sure everything tied together. He was incredibly attentive to our home layout, ensuring the stools we chose matched not only the couch and living room flow, but also complemented the look and feel of our kitchen. He also took the time to walk us through rug options, helping us visualize how everything would come together as a cohesive space. At no point did we feel pressured.
