My experience was positive. From the moment I walked through the door, all interactions with employees were warm and inviting. Finally, I was helped by Mia, who helped to make good choices on a sofa and love seat set, a dining room set and living room tables. I even bought a carpet and two wiener dogs for decorations. She stayed with us the whole time and shared options that would best serve our needs.

View on GoogleI purchased a small recliner from Bob’s Furniture at the Redlands store. Rosa ( our sales representative) was friendly and knowledgeable. We opted to pick it up ourselves from the warehouse in San Bernardino. When we arrived, our chair was ready, the staff loaded in our truck quickly. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I would recommend Bob’s Furniture Store.
