Came in looking for a new couch. We close on our new home in 45 days. Salesman was showing us a few different things and asked if we’d like a quote, informed him that it’d be great to get a quote since we close in 45 days. He said “you’re not ready, thanks for coming in” and walked away. Other than that, the furniture is nice

I told him the recliner I choose was just right for me: not too big, manual, very comfortable, and super price for the quality. I also appreciated the low delivery charge. I worked with Rashid who demonstrated himself to be knowledgeable about the furniture and had a willingness to understand what I wanted. He was timely and makes himself available as quickly as possible. During my most recent visit, Rashid was inundated with customer needs and his manager recognized me as a client and came to support me until Rashid was available. It made me feel recognized and important. The quality of my selections is high and I am eagerly awaiting my next delivery. In a world and time where the customer is the last to be satisfied, I highly recommend purchasing from Bob’s in Henrietta where I was treated with care, concern, and as a priority. Additionally, I would encourage you to seek out young Rashid. His exceptional service and “can do” attitude is refreshing and appreciated.
