This review is based solely on the store and service, as I had not yet had my products delivered. Yesterday, I was on the hunt for a shelf to use for displaying photos and memorial items. I set out to Sterling to visit Ashley Furniture, where I’ve purchased numerous times. This is not an anti-Ashley review; I’m a big Ashley fan and will continue to shop there. I visited World Market and Bob’s first, as they’re in the same shopping center. I had never shopped at Bob’s before and to be honest, was hesitant purely based on the “Discount” part. I imagined Big Lots vibes. I was wrong. The store is bright, clean, and very well formatted. We were immediately greeted, then left to browse without a push salesperson. Almost immediately, my spouse and I spotted a shelf we really liked. We checked it out for a good while before browsing the rest of the store. We did leave to go check out what Ashley had. There, we saw a near-identical shelf for $1400 more. I cannot speak to lasting quality yet, but given what I’m using it for, I could not justify spending the $1400 extra. Back to Bob’s we went…where we ordered the shelf AND matching item for less than the shelf at Ashley. We were assisted by Bennett, who was fabulous. Definitely recommend checking out Bob’s!
View on GoogleToday I stopped by Bob's Furniture to browse for a replacement couch and living room set. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and helped by an associate who was friendly, professional, and not overbearing. He asked the right questions to understand what I was looking for without trying to upsell and worked with me to compare costs and stay within my budget. The store itself was clean, welcoming, and even had a small area with free coffee, candy, and ice cream for customers. Overall a great experience - highly recommend! Ask for Bill when you go.

Checked out what we wanted then went over to the other furniture store where the sales personnel were pushy and were constantly following us around. Didnt have what we wanted and showed us furniture outside of our price range. Came back to Bob's and Eric even found us a lower cost dining set saving us $500. We were able to get our reclining sofa and loveseat, end table and the dining set. Thanks for a great experience and hospitality.
