OBSESSED. This is the Playground Navy 145'' 4 Piece Right Arm Facing Pop-Up Sleeper Chaise Sectional with Storage Ottoman. As you can see in my video, I basically went with the biggest size I could possibly fit in this space. If you look at the photos I included of this couch from their website, you’ll notice that this couch could be two seats bigger than what I have. I removed the two seats in the middle, and then kept the two seats that were on the L side because those (that I kept) turn into basically a bed. So in the set up I have it in, if I move my coffee table, I can pull out the bed portion and then this turns into a massive bed. It is literally so epic and perfect for my space and I love that this will be a great treat for guests visiting. Or just for myself if I feel like extravagantly lounging on my own ha ha. Also, the color is beautiful (video & photos don’t do it justice). I was originally searching for gray (which this comes in)—but when I saw the blue in store, I had to have it. The color brings so much rich life, charm, & style to my home. **tall gentleman named Harry was my salesman & I highly recommend him**☺️. I just moved to Wilmington from Dallas, Texas, and had no furniture. After a weeks of researching couches online… And even considering Facebook marketplace… I stumbled across this store, and the prices and quality look of items was very attractive to me. This place is a gem. Oh, I almost forgot, I ended up buying this really cool floor lamp from this place as well. See video and photos. The delivery guys were great and process was very smooth. Overall, this experience with Bobs Furniture was very satisfying. Zero regrets💕✨.

We had an amazing experience with Bobs delivery- Daniel our driver and assembler + his co-worker were kind, courteous, respectful and diligent in their work. We ordered a dining room table set with a bench, 4 chairs and a lamp. Daniel during the delivery informed me, showed me, and explained that there was damage to the dining table and asked how I would like to proceed. He gave numerous options (like taking all the furniture back, just the table, or if i would like to keep it) on how to proceed. Once I decided to keep all the furniture except the table, he called customer service with me to go over the mishap and to scheduled the delivery for the new table. AND took all the garbage and cardboard form the delivery. Such a great experience and we will definitely use them again! The sales person was helpful and also let me walk around on my own and signal when I wanted him to answer any questions. The dresser I found is very nice and perfect for my guest room! I wish they had more light wood bedroom furniture, and lockable bar cabinets in the 3 to 4 feet wide size. Also television consoles that are 65 inches wide or more. Love the comfort of the recliner there and I might return with my daughter who is looking for one. Delivery was perfect! The two guys were very careful and strong. I'm glad that the dresser was delivered so quickly as well--in two days!--and it did not come damaged. The whole experience was great because Bob’s keeps the buyer informed by text about the status of the order and how it’s progressing. Definitely shopping there again!

From the moment we walked into the doorway Holly was right there to assist us with any questions/concerns. She took very good care of us front start to finish. Because of her customer service, and knowledge of the furniture, it made our buying experience very pleasant! Hats off to Holly!!!

He took the time to listen to what we actually needed and helped us find the perfect fit for our space and budget. Alisha was equally incredible, keeping everything organized and making the checkout/protection plan process a total breeze.
