Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I was very happy to see that Winston-Salem now has a Bob's Discount Furniture!! I walked into the store and was greeted by Eddie. He was very welcoming and friendly. I walked around the store and check out the living room furniture and side tables. Eddie did check on me and asked if I had any questions. There was no pressure to make a purchase! I'll definitely be coming back with the family to see what living room furniture and side tables will fit in our living room and make a purchase!

Our shopping experience at the Winston Salem store was great. Chad greeted us when we arrived asked if he could help and we informed him that we were looking for a dining room set and he pointed us in the right direction. Chad didn’t hover over us and gave us space and time for my wife and I to go over the available sets. When we decided on a dining set he gave us the two options and we chose the White Glove option. We shopped at the Bob’s store in New Jersey and were happy with the prices, products and service.

I ordered furniture August 23rd 2025, I have had nothing but problems since placing that order. The furniture was damaged upon arrival, delivery team damaged my home and that’s just the first delivery. They had to exchange 4 furniture deliveries. First exchange after original delivery, which they still haven’t contacted me back about the damages, they brought more bad furniture. Second exchange they swapped the dresser with a bad dresser still, damaged my walls again. Third exchange and everything was bad. Didn’t even bring it in. This last exchange today September 23rd, swapped the dresser out but the bottom drawer doesn’t even open but it opened outside, saying that is my carpet and the ground out side is more level even though all the feet of the dresser weren’t on the ground outside. And I bet you can guess it they damaged my home again. Not only was he rude and didn’t want to move this dresser and complained the entire time moving the dresser, refused to finish exchanging the footboard to my bed and drove off the grass and crib after insulting me and calling my home a piece of shit. I’m beyond angry and Bobs furniture wont get back to me about the damage to my home and haven’t offered a solution other than exchange everything again or have me purchase a new set of equal or lesser value. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Never again will I ever order from Bobs and all my neighbors and friends won’t order from bobs either since I told them what’s been happening and they ask me every time they see the truck in the drive.

Bob's Discount Furniture is #1, when you walk inside their store you are recognize from the time you set foot inside the door. Everyone is sooooo professional and so nice. Their furniture is amazing. The service with everyone is outstanding, oh and I just have to let everyone know during the time you"re there waiting they have a wonderful area where you can just make yourself at home and sit there and enjoy yourself with wonderful snacks. I promise if you have not visited Bob's Furniture please do so you want regret it. Their furniture and prices are amazing. There customer service is amazing also, from the time they lay eyes on you they go above and beyond the call of duty. This will not be my last visit I plan on visiting you all again and again. Thank you soooo much for your service and your hospitality.

An amazing experience! Ron helped us in Winston Salem NC. Ron give us the best customer service anyone could ask for. He was not pushy he truly was a pleasure to work with and helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our new living room furniture. I would highly recommend Ron and Bob's Discount Furniture.
