Can’t say enough about the all the people at Brannock & Hiatt. If you are going anywhere else you’re not getting the best available. 33 years ago we furnished our new home with all appliances from B&H and up until the last few years, everything still worked flawlessly. That said, yes we have had to make some replacements and never had any second thoughts about where to make our purchases. Tommy and crew stand behind their products and provide top service when needed. Our latest replacement was a new refrigerator. Went back with a Kitchenaid since our last one we had was 33 years old. Truth is it still ran great but we replaced because ice maker quit and with the age decided to just replace. Guys delivered the refrigerator and were absolutely great!!! They worked great together to get the install completed and made sure we understood everything about the appliance. They impressed both my wife and I with how well they worked together to have everything done in a timely manner, great job!!! Hopefully our new items will last a long time, but make no mistake, when replacement is needed we will be back at Brannock & Hiatt!!!

Purchasing furniture from Brannock & Hiatt Furniture was a wonderful experience. Tommy Brannock was extremely helpful and patient with us as we made our selections. We special ordered a sofa, complementary chair, and a large conversational ottoman. The furniture arrived in a timely manner. All the pieces are very comfortable and the quality is excellent. The men who delivered our furniture were friendly and very professional. They even went the extra mile for us by moving our old sofa and ottoman to our basement. I highly recommend Brannock & Hiatt to anyone who is in the market for exceptional furniture and great customer service. Thank you Tommy, Allen and Karen

Back in July we had the delightful experience of visiting Brannock & Hiatt for some new furniture. Tommy Brannock assisted us in picking out not just one, but three pieces of furniture that are perfect in the small space we had available. All are LazyBoy pieces. We love the colors, the fabric and the quality craftspersonship. :) The delivery folks were wonderful, taking care with the furniture and placing the pieces perfectly. No charge for delivery and we are 40 minutes from the store! I highly recommend this store. The furniture is beautiful and well made. The service and people are awesome. If we make future appliance, mattress, or furniture purchases, you can be sure we'll be doing business again with Brannock & Hiatt. We appreciate y'all!!
