I had a great experience dealing with the sales team. I added extra pieces and have the largest couch ever now lol. They delivered on time, the quality is very nice. There is a back order but they will deliver the ottomans very soon. Super happy with everything including the price. I was very skeptical in the beginning. But I have the deposit and everything went great.

Their communication skills are A1 👍🏼 I was able to ask all my questions. I didn’t even have to go to the store I did it all over the phone and by viewing their website.

The salesman who met me at the showroom was very patient and kind and gave me many styles and colors to chose from. I ended up going with the model that was on the showroom floor. The size and color was exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was very affordable and fast- we received it the very next day! This was a great product for the price we paid! I would recommend shopping here.

My girlfriend and I then went to their physical store in Anaheim and spoke with Prasangi. She was wonderful, very accommodating, and helped clarify any questions we had. We paid for the couch right then and then I picked up from their distributor the next day. After we picked up, Prasangi checked in to make sure we were satisfied with the couch. Great people, and we really like our couch.
View on GoogleFound this place on FB Marketplace. Customer service was outstanding. They have a smaller store so not all products are available on the floor like the bigger stores. However, customer service and quality are top tier. I ordered pieces to make a modular couch that fits my space perfectly. I had the boxes delivered for an extra fee and was seamless. We had to put the legs and back pieces on but took less than 5 minutes each piece. Overall a great experience and very happy!
