My husband and I went to Chinatown to purchase living room furniture. Katie made our experience absolutely wonderful. We could have stayed there for hours, just talking to everyone there. We purchased a beautiful leather sectional. Absolutely beautiful Katie gets 10 stars. Our experience was wonderful. We are so excited to get our new furniture. I highly recommend Chinatown. I will never go anywhere else for furniture. Your experience will be awesome too. Be sure to ask for Katie. You won't regret it. She's amazing at what she does.!!!!!!!

I went into store looking for a new sectional and recliner. Katie introduced herself. I told what we were looking for and she showed me the perfect sectional along with the recliner, color and comfort too. It was such an easy process because of her. I highly recommend China Towne! Thank you Katie

Katie made my mattress buying experience so easy. She was knowledgeable about the products and guided me through choices that were best suited for my needs. It can feel silly to lie on a bed with someone else around, but Katie made it more comfortable by giving me space to try the different options. The whole process - from being greeted at the door to signing the paperwork - made me feel confident that I chose the right place to purchase a mattress.

The purchase went well with the sales person. The delivery was on time with Joe and Houman as pleasant as anyone could possible be. They did an excellent install job. Joe checked out to see if everything was working then had me give it a try. My only complaint was that I did not get a manual. I happen to be a person who relies on manuals. This has nothing to do with how great the delivery was.
