Had been dragging our feet about upgrading our sectional because we didn’t want to spend a bunch of money. Dave made this process easier than we could ever hoped for. We explained to him what we were looking for and he had multiple sectionals well within our budget and helped us order the color we picked out. Great communication from Dave about delivery and set up. Delivery was on time and efficient.

Fantastic customer service and they stand behind their product. We purchased a king-sized Serta mattress through Comfort Center four years ago and, through no fault of Comfort Center's, have had to file a warranty claim because the mattress did not hold up well. Rick has gone above and beyond with assisting us throughout this process, even though we no longer live in the area. Highly recommend.

We have ordered 3 different mattresses over the past 7 years. Every time has been a quick and great experience. We live 20 miles away and had a mattress catastrophe so we called and asked for a budget friendly queen, he asked a few questions about preference and scheduled the delivery for the following day. They delivered in the time frame the said they would. The mattress is amazing.

We have bought several pieces of furniture through the years from the Comfort Center. The customer service is always top notch very knowledgeable about all the furniture. If your looking for a furniture store where you will get top notch customer service without the big box store feel the Comfort Center is the place to go.
