I recently had a very disappointing experience with Comfort-Pedic Mattress Factory & Showroom, which is unfortunate because everything started off great. When my girlfriend (who is 6 months pregnant) and I came in to purchase a bed, the sales process was smooth, the owner was friendly, and there was zero pressure to buy. The owner even said, “I don’t want to just sell you a bed — I want to sell you multiple beds and your family as well.” We explained our situation, and we ordered a mattress that was soft on one side and firm on the other. The owner personally promised that if the bed ended up feeling too firm, they would readjust it free of charge to make sure it was perfect for my pregnant girlfriend. That promise played a big part in our decision to buy from them. Once the bed arrived, the delivery and setup were great, but shortly after, the mattress started causing my girlfriend a lot of back pain. So, I called Comfort-Pedic to schedule the adjustment we were guaranteed — and that’s when everything went downhill. I ended up speaking with a very rude sales agent who told me, “It’s not my fault you ordered the bed too firm.” He then said I needed to come into the store with my receipt and that they would schedule an appointment “whenever they have time.” On top of that, he claimed the adjustment isn’t free, and actually said, “Nothing in life is free — what world are you living in to get free stuff?” This was shocking because it completely contradicts the owner’s promise. What makes it even worse is that I was referred here by my cousin, who had the exact same adjustment done for free and had an amazing experience. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. Between the broken promise and the rude treatment, Comfort-Pedic Mattress Factory & Showroom came across as a company that overpromises and underdelivers. I really wanted to support this place, but based on how I was treated when I needed help, I can’t recommend them.
View on GoogleThis is our second purchase from Custom Comfort-Pedic Mattress firm in Rancho Cucamonga. 18 years ago, we purchased our first mattress (Madrid) and absolutely loved it. It is VERY well made and will last a VERY long time. If you are large-boned and on the heavy side, these mattresses are built for you. Ours came with a 20-year warranty. Bottom line, it's not one of those cheap mattresses but worth every penny. As they say, you get what you pay for. As a plus, the owner is very friendly and is not just a salesperson. He knows his product line VERY well and can answer any question you may have. Recommend you visit his showroom and see for yourself.

The quality of hardware and materials in the product is exceptional. I found the price quite reasonable. Delivery was on time. I received updated calls that made everything run smoothly. I bought a full size mattress set about 6 weeks ago. worst mattress and purchase ever!!!! do not be fooled by the good reviews, just because they have a salesman who is knowledgable does not mean the quality is good. Literally you can hear the springs by taping on the mattress. Cheapest mattress ever. Feels like your sleeping on the hard floor. I called back to see what my options were and all Mina said was to pay extra to add cushioning. Shouldn't it be included in the mattress already???????? Beware save your money do not buy here.
View on Googleusually do Not give reviews, I bought a matress and base in ORTHO MATRESS try the bed for 2 weeks and I was in excrusiated BACK PAIN, that send me to urgent care, I was bless to find Confor pedic matress, the owner is really nice, patient and let me try all the matress. until I found what I like, 1 week after slipping in my amazing matress, I am back to normal. No back pain. I totally recommend this factory, my matres was done and delivery before I expected...VERY HAPPY CLIENT....
