We came in at the very last moment, a few moments before the store closes. Sara welcomed us and attended to us in a very proffessional way. she never pushed us into taking because the store closes, i was with my friend, took our time think on the best mattress we could take. until we we decided and paid. Roberto was excellent! He answered every question, was knowledgeable, and took his time and guided my wife and I for the best fit was for us. We were shown high end mattress and explained in detail the difference in each one compared to all others. After asking the right questions. I understanding our needs. He then explained in detail each mattress we looked at. his knowledge, patience and customer service skills were top notch.

I purchased a sofa, loveseat and chair. All three are powered by a cord to a wall plug. Because I did not want cords going from the furniture in the middle of the room to the wall plugs, I purchased batteries recommended by the sales person. This sold me on the furniture. Well the connection for the batteries to the furniture did not go together and the furniture in the showroom had different connections. So, the sales folks could not help me and, now, I have cords going from the furniture in the middle of the room to the wall plugs. Thanks for the assist Furniture Row. On a good note, the furniture is decent.

Josh was great! He helped us and answered all of our questions. He genuinely cared about getting us the best mattress for our daughter. He even showed us mattresses and frames for me and my husband for when we're ready to buy a new one. Everyone there was very pleasant to talk to and were very patient while we looked around. We will definitely be back to buy again with them.
