I've bought 3 beds from them. Quality is great. Sales team was fine. They mostly left me alone to look and answered my questions. Delivery was great. They even helped wrestle one bed into a pickup camper.

View on GoogleI needed a bed frame. I phoned first and was told they had what I needed. 2 days later I called and said I was on my way, please have it ready. When I got there the frame was sitting by the door, ready to be loaded. My dog came in with me. The gentleman was very nice about that and even complimented me on her. I found him to be pleasant and professional and the prices very good. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is the only dealing I have done there. However, I will definitely be back! I’m sure my next review will be 5 stars!!
View on GoogleGreat service. I live out of state and was visiting over the holiday. My dad needed a new bed and lift chair. Not only were they the only store open but they delivered to Grand Prairie during non working hours. And, gave us a military/veteran discount. That’s not all! A year later there was an issue with the mattress and they came to replace it with no questions asked. The store may not look like a showroom (it is a discount store), but they make up for it in customer service.
View on GoogleI went in here back in May, wanted a twin size log bed, they only had the headboard, but the Older gentlemen said that it would attach to a metal frame no problem, so I purchased one of those, he was wrong. And when I contacted them they owner said it would require lag bolts to fit, but that these would stick out. Obviously, this is not going to work, as it is going to scar my walls and possibly injure someone. I asked them to just order a complete set so I could exchange and he said he would and it would take 6 weeks. It should have been in mid June, and it is nearly the end of August and he still doesnt know if he has one, I suspect he never ordered it. I will never purchase another item from this place again. The only reason I went there was because I wanted the log bed. Never again. They are terrible. If you need a bed in Macomb, go to Modern Home outlet, like I always have in the past. He is way better.
