Earthscape Home is a fantastic store! We love it so much, this is our third bed from Ted!! He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers and is very accommodating! It was important to us to get our kids an organic mattress and we wanted to be able to see/feel it before we made such an expensive purchase. Ted was able to give us that experience as well as provide a wealth of knowledge on the subject. We were so impressed that we ended up getting two (we were expecting our second child in a few months) and he gave us a great deal! A few years later when we decided we needed an upgrade to a king size mattress ourselves, we didn’t hesitate to call Ted! He has provided exceptional customer service, and we are so excited for our new bed! We will be using Earthscape Home for all our future purchases and recommend Ted and his team to everyone we know!

Ted is very knowledgeable about organic mattresses and accessories and the process of making the same, along with body alignment to help determine proper firmness and comfort. We purchased a 4 inch topper and new bed frame during the onset of the pandemic and while supply chain issues cropped up, Ted kept us informed on when to expect delivery. Once delivered and set up by Ted's great crew, we realized that we wanted a different firmness. Ted went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and swapped out our original purchase for a firmer topper at no additional charge. Thank you Ted, we are very happy customers and heartily recommend your shop and expertise to others.

We cannot speak more highly about our experience at Earthscape. Ted spent FIVE HOURS with us one Saturday, generously teaching us about mattresses and guiding us through a sampling of mattresses in his store. It was clear that he truly cared that we understood our options, as well as that we understood which of those options were the best match for our bodies, environmental values, and budget. He was also a dependable communicator once we left, honestly answering follow-up questions and being patient as we made a decision. We have now had our Savvy Rest mattress for over a month, and we have never slept better. This has greatly improved our quality of life in so many ways. We highly recommend Earthscape for anyone interested in environmentally responsible and COMFORTABLE mattresses. If you go, make sure you're prepared to spend a few hours there, because you won't want to miss out on what Ted has to teach you!

This was an excellent mattress purchase experience. Ted is a serious wealth of information on mattresses in general, and very familiar with his natural mattress and bedding products. Ted made us feel welcome and was willing to set up as many beds in as many configurations as we needed over two separate appointments to decide how we wanted ours built. We never felt rushed and never felt pressured. There were no surprise fees or attempts to up-sell. Delivery of our mattress was super smooth. Nick and Damian were great. We love our new mattress. It is so comfortable! We were pleasantly surprised by the price being lower than expected. Highly recommend!

I am having the best sleep of my life. Working with Ted at Earthscape was a thoughtful educational experience. He took volumes of time explaining the quality products he represents. His service is friendly and responsible. The product we purchased provides us with an incredible restful sleep especially knowing the organic make up of the materials.
