Purchased a queen mattress at the Everton store in Twin Falls. The mattress was top quality. The fact the mattress was built with slightly firmer springs in the middle 3rd works wonders and will increase mattress life. We opted to go pick up the mattress at the factory in Filer instead of delivery. It was good to know you're supporting local businesses and jobs at the same time you're receiving a quality product at a very fair price. I have no complaints about and part of the process. The salesman at the showroom was helpful and professional.

View on Googlebought a mattress from the Twin Falls location on 4/16/2025 and set up customer pick up from the Filer factory for today, 4/25/2025, as stated on our paperwork. We arrived at the factory, from our home in Hazelton 45 minutes away, to be told that our mattress was missing. The guy working the warehouse attempted to fabricate a story that he had called my husband to confirm the delivery address yesterday, 4/24/2025, as only our PO Box was listed intentionally, as we were picking up. No one ever called my husband. A driver called us this morning and advised us that we could pick up the mattress anytime AT THE FACTORY. So imagine our frustration after driving 45 minutes to pick up our mattress as scheduled on our paperwork to be told that someone had loaded it on a truck and sent it to the store. The man working the warehouse did arrange for delivery today, to our house, however that does not excuse the gross negligence and inconvenience. As customers spending just under $1700, we expected better customer service and organization from this company. We will never purchase from this company again and are significantly disgusted with the treatment we have received. Train your crews better.
View on GoogleThe mark of a company's quality is how they handle a problem and Therapedic makes it almost impossible to rectify a problem with your mattress. Thankfully I've never had a warranty issue with a mattress til now, and I've probably bought ten plus mattresses for my family, but infortunately our problem occurred with a Therapedic mattress. We bought a Therapedic mattress a little over 3 years ago from Runge Furniture in Coeur d'Alene and when it started to fail we were told that Therapedic had a systematic process that we had to go through in order to see what was failing. First they had Runge test the box spring and once they decided that that was failing they replaced that. Then once we realized, which was very quickly, that the mattress was also bad, they had Runge come out and test that. Now we're getting the brush off and when we press Runge Furniture they're telling us that Therapedic says they only handle that through a repair and that the mattress will be gone 4 to 6 weeks. Does that make any sense for a company to ship a mattress 500 miles twice and repair it and leave the customer with no mattress for over a month!!!!!!????? Bad business, worthless warranty, stay away. Glad that I've never had a problem with a mattress but sorry it had to be with this manufacturer. #warranty worth less than a mattress plastic shipping wrap.
