I recently moved from California to Nebraska. My husband and I shopped at multiple furniture stores, but Furniture Row provided the best service and furniture. Huge shout out to Brea or Bria, sorry if I spelled your name wrong! She helped us every step of the way. From the moment we walked in, she made sure we got what we needed and answered all of our questions. After a short walk around the store, my husband and I found the bed set frame we wanted along with new blue leather couches. The downside was, not everything was in stock. However they did not charge for multiple deliveries even though two separate deliveries were made. Most of our furniture was ready within 2-3 weeks after purchase which was very convenient for us. I truly appreciate Brea squeezing us into their busy Christmas schedule. I was able to get all my furniture before Christmas Day. It was a gift to my family and I. Another thing that set this store apart from others is the better deals they offered and their delivery team. The two men who delivered my furniture both times were very professional, prompt and did their jobs well. They asked where I wanted my furniture, made sure it worked before leaving, and cleaned up the mess that was made. We were also given cleaning supplies. We can bring it in for refills which is another nice perk. I highly recommend buying furniture from here. My husband plan to come back and recommend them to friends and family.
View on GoogleWe walked into Furniture Row searching for something very specific due to unavoidable circumstances, and honestly didn’t expect to find it. We were visiting from out of state because of a family emergency and had very limited time. Gavin greeted us and asked how he could help. After explaining what we needed, he immediately guided us throughout the store, showing us several great options. He was incredible — extremely knowledgeable about every item we looked at and remarkably patient as we continued receiving phone calls related to the family emergency. After narrowing down our choice, we decided to quickly check Slumberland before making a final decision, but we returned within 30 minutes. When we came back, two employees were in the process of swapping out the recliner we intended to purchase for a different item. Gavin’s manager, Marcus, even took me to the back and onto the delivery truck so I could take one last look and snap a picture since the recliner was being delivered directly to a nursing home. Once we returned to Gavin, the purchasing and checkout process was smooth and stress-free, despite me having to pause several times to coordinate delivery instructions and contact information with the nursing home. In short, both Gavin and Marcus were exceptional. Their knowledge, patience, professionalism, and personalities made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend working with either of them

View on GoogleI had looked everywhere and for a long time for the couch I had in mind. When I walked into Furniture Row, Gavin jumped right up to help me. I described what I wanted and he showed me a few options. I then saw a chair that was the color and form I wanted, he found the option for a sofa and ottoman. Ordering was easy and the furniture came in on time. Gavin kept me appraised of timelines. The young man in the loading area was efficient and the young woman who carried up the ottoman was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, very positive experience. Thank you.
View on GoogleI have been wanting to buy a new couch and recliner and today I went in to look and see what my options were. Gavin approached and was incredibly patient and helpful. We circled the store multiple times - discussed my space, tried out several pieces again, and again- Gavin never rushed me or made me feel like he had something else to do or someone else to help. I am extremely pleased with the choices that I was shown and I can’t wait for delivery. If you go in, make sure you ask for Gavin. He was great!
