He went above and beyond with attention to detail, making sure both my company purchase and my personal purchase went smoothly. TJ was friendly, professional, and great to work with from start to finish. I was very happy with the service and help that I received from Ashraf. He gave us just the right amount of information and guidance, but didn't hover and make us feel nervous. When I finally found what I wanted he got us taken care of quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with the entire transaction.

Sales people on the floor were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. When I called later to place an order, the man that helped me (Cash) was really helpful and efficient, and texted me photos of what I was buying to confirm everything, and even found the floor model to text me photos of that from different angles so I could see how it would fit in my home. Thanks!

We love Furniture Row. I am from California and my wife is from South Africa and we have found their selection, display and service to be world class. They have more than the run of the mill and they really have a great collection of quality products at a range of prices. Our sales agent, Rito, was the absolute best. He stayed late with us, he moved some pieces for us to see in combination with others, he was considerate of our budget and attentive to what we were liking and helped us find the perfect items for us. The whole process, including payment at their reception area was just easeful and fun. We recommend Furniture Row and will be long term customers.
