I recently purchased the first "adult" mattress for my daughter, the Grand Rapids Bedding Heritage / Crescent in firm, and couldn't be happier with both the product and the experience. The entire process seeing the factory and visiting the showroom was seamless from start to finish. My daughter tried three different mattresses at a range of price points to find “her” mattress. They and the mattress and I picked it up the next day. A massive thank you to Chris, who was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly knowledgeable, listened carefully to my daughters specific needs (side sleeper vs. back sleeper!), and guided us through the options without any pressure whatsoever. He made what could have been a confusing process feel straightforward and fun. If you are looking for your perfect sleep solution in Grand Rapids, especially if it's a big investment like a first bed, we highly recommend this factory and store and specifically asking for Chris!

View on GoogleWe were so impressed with Chris and the team. It was quite an experience to see the factory- Chris showed us and explained how they make the mattresses which was very interesting. Chris was very patient with us as we couldn’t decide between all the great mattresses. He answered our many questions and was very knowledgeable. This is our second purchase of a mattress from the store- we brought one last year and it’s the best mattress we have ever slept on! We are buying another for a guest room. It’s great to be able to buy direct from the manufacture and that you can even roll the mattress up to fit in your car is amazing! Overall a super shopping experience! View on GoogleThis was my second time purchasing from here. This time I bought two queen sets and a king set. No hard sell, just helpful and mindful of what I wanted with a lot of options. I shopped around quite a bit this time but came back to GR Bedding for the quality mattresses at a great price. Mattresses can be really tricky to buy, there are so many options but I know I ended up with truly quality mattresses that keep their comfort and support for a really long time. The first king set we bought over ten years ago has held up. I love it that they have a machine that can roll and shrink wrap a coil mattress to make it as easy to transport as the foam and hybrid mattresses that are out there. Ken, Chris and Josh were great from start to finish. Highly recommend.
